Broken axle stub??
So I think I broke my axle stub. Right side engages. Left side just spins freely. When I spin the right side it's hard to turn. I can hear it in the transmission when I Rock the right wheel back and forth. Any ideas?? Drag strip launch btw.

If you're mechanically inclined, do it yourself.
It's not difficult. But, it is time consuming because you have to drop the trans/cradle/diff. But, you have to do that anyway if you're gonna replace it.

Talked to RPM gonna go with a Stage 3 Differential. Gonna start on it next week. Gonna take my time and be in no hurry.

Broke the left axle stub. It's confirmed. Anyone know how to get the broken piece out of the axle

Hmmmmm.. Just to repair the output shafts and do a little hardening, you can do it your self!! I did this C6 ZO6 improvement to mine and its been fantastic. ZERO ISSUES and it was a straight forward repair.

When you launched, did you experience any wheel hop or drivetrain shake??
Some things that you can do to make the differential and drivetrain a little more stable and resist shake and hop, is to install better shocks (C6 ZO6) and a better differential mount.
