Final verdict for a P0153 code?

There are several O2 Sensor related issues that can cause this issue:
- How old are the sensors (actual miles)?
- Are they the sensors that you removed and reinstalled into the new heads?
- Are the O2 Sensor heaters working?
- What voltage do you read on the OXY SEN Fuse when you turn the ignition ON. Read the voltage on TOP of the fuse using the fuse TEST SLOTS. Read each test slot to chassis ground.
NOTE!! The O2 sensor Heaters MUST work properly for the sensor to properly work. Your heaters could be weak enough or the voltage supplied to the heaters through the IGNITION SWITCH could be LOW out of spec.
Here is the schematic that you need to properly trouble shoot. I also strongly recommend that you disconnect the O2 sensor connector and see what your resistance reading of the heater circuit ground wire to CHASSIS GROUND. I have seen that to be an issue in the past also.

Let us know what you find.
