I have a 1998 Corvette. Long story short after a calibration write (HPtuners), DTC code P0606 (PCM error) and P1518 (Electronic Throttle Module to PCM Communication) popped up.
Since the PCM died I went ahead and replaced PCM to a 99+ and re-pinned. Everything pinning wise is correct. Double/triple checked. In HPTuner VATS is off. I put all parameters of 98 to the 02 file. Fuel gauge is working using express van parameters.
Last code to clear is P1518 and it will not go away. Battery was replaced with brand new. I replaced the TAC module. I have replaced TPS and TPS connector with a new pigtail as well when I saw slight green/blue corrosion on pin A. Looked over all the fuses and they are all good.
Running out of ideas. Anyone know why or how I am not getting voltage? Does the TAC need re-programming or the new PCM? The car starts, but no throttle voltage its at 0.
I am going to check out voltages with a multimeter when I get a chance.

The more I think about it tracing wires and what not with tons of headache. I think Im going to convert to Cable and be done with the TAC. In the process of buying all the parts to DBC. Eliminating the TAC all together. Another piece of electronic to not worry about. I trust the good old cable. Plus, way cheaper to DBC then the cost of a TAC. I have a 0411 so it has the IAC driver. I am going to get a camaro/firebird cable throttle body. Universal throttle pedal kit. Tune will use express van or camaro OS, which both comes with cable, depending on which one has MAF or maybe remove MAF as well and just do SD.
