Bought car a month ago my stupid friend let sit in driveway for 10 months. It turns over but won't start, was getting a bunch of codes and replaced some parts because of some codes. I changed TPS, MAF and I checked the PCM behind wheel and was corroded and plugs to PCM were wet. I sent PCM out and was rebuilt with lifetime warranty cleaned both plugs and reconnected to PCM reconnected neg battery cable and still wont sart. Current codes....

The carpet area was dry... I checked every fuse under the hood and in the kick panel. None were blown. I will check the other connections tomorrow and take the battery tray apart.

I think you are jumping the gun and doing something that doesn't need to be done.
You said that you LOOKED at the fuses BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Did you actually CHECK the voltage on EACH BCM Fuse??????????????????????????????
On top of each FUSE are two test slots. Turn the ignition switch to ON and use a DC Volt meter and read both fuse test slots on each fuse to CHASSIS GROUND. You should see FULL BATTERY VOLTAGE on each fuse!
If you don't have actual power on ALL the BCM Fuses, you could install 100 BCMs and it is NOT going to WORK.
That BCM did NOT look corroded from getting wet to me.
If you need a good used BCM, contact VETTE NUTS (Marc) and he will most likely have the one that you need (If you actually need one!)
