how do i close this darn pop up?

If you are talking about the headlights they can be open and closed manually. There is a rubber cap on the handle at the back of headlight assembly that you can turn by hand to open and close the light. If you have an owners manual it covers this and think it even shows a pic.

If it's the Corvette Forum Ask a Question popup then you have to zoom out on your browser until the popup box is small enough to show the close box in the top corner of the popup
