Default Buggered Active Handling on 2004 Vette
2004 Corvette Convertible with optional active handling. System activates at all the wrong times. Screws up steering and braking. OBD diagnosed it to a defective steering column sensor. How many hours does replacement bill according to Flat Rate Manual?

That is the SWPS going out. Happened on my '04. The part # is 88965543. They cost around $70 and take 2.5 to 3 hours to replace.
