Not based on turns, based on measurement. A lot of variables like how much junk in the trunk, how much gas in the tank, etc. Usually measurements are with trunk MT and 1/2 tank of fuel.
You will change camber, thrust angle (maybe), and toe in the rear so expect to have to re-adjust your alignment in the rear if you only change the rear.
Although to be honest I actually lowered it with a full tank of gas, as I figure if I'm in the car it'd lower it even more and I typically won't have a full tank.
As a good rule of thumb though roughly 7 to 8~ full turns will get you roughly an inch. Be warned though. The car will not settle immediately and may actually appear to be higher in height initially. It needs to be driven 50 - 100 miles to settle out. You also need to turn the bolts EVENLY. Even if the ride height doesn't match up perfectly side-to-side do not try to even them up without adjusting corner weight or having an alignment done. You'll really jack things up.
Looks like 6 is a good number...This is my favorite website, even though you guys dont post pictures of your grandkids or kitties...Really like having my own super manual..I like it a little squatty in the back, like I did with my Oops mustang...
