Recently, a couple buddies and I were bench racing. Seems "John" damaged one cam lobe when a lifter twisted 90 degrees in tray, and wiped out just that one lobe.He asked whether companies like Comp, Crane, Isky, Can Motion, etc., are willing to repair a single lobe on one of their own grinds? Guess he figures repairing the one damaged lobe is cheaper than a whole new stick. I told him that time (and $$) are in the cam grinder set-up, and may not be as cheap as he thinks. I admit, I really don't know what to think on this one. ANYONE know for sure? Thanks

Reason: Spelling
Agree with the others. There is no cost effective way to repair the cam lobe (or the lifter if he was thinking about repairing that also).
Also a good time to evaluate the cam he had and whether it was everything he wanted. If not, might as well consider a new cam profile, too.
