Marc has excellent used parts and can most likely find one.

If you have to have a new module, Contact Gene Culley at CULTRAG Performance and see if he has one or can track one down for you.

Bill, Just for the hell of it I did a Google search with that part number last night....every place i looked listed it as "Out of production"
I guess we can add that to the ever increasing Non Repairable Out of Production List.

This number changes from 12578953 to 19245405
And is on backorder right now, so no ETA from GM,

No dealers in the nation with any on hand, either.

If it's out of production then that's one hell of a back order

It's no longer produced as a new unit. Called a Chevy dealer and what they're doing now is sending in the damaged TAC to a repair center, and in about 3 weeks you get a refurbished unit for $275. If it comes back and they were unable to repair it (whatever the hell that means), then they won't charge you anything.
