Default Trouble Codes

I started to get some history trouble codes from my 2002 Corvette coupe automatic. To start with they are PO140, PO141, PO161, BO502, BO507, B2481 and B2860. I know I can easily clear the codes on the dash but that doesn't fix the problem. The short definition for the code is easy to find on the web but the cause/fix responses are always way different, very brief or don't really answer the question.

I have the Service Manual set but even with that I need help.

Thanks

You've got a hodge podge of codes and my guess is that you've got some blown fuses. The P0140,0141, and 0161 are all related. They're codes for the air pump. Read these two threads. It is possible to completely tune them out without any issues.

The next set of codes B0502,0507 and B2481 (I couldn't find such a code, but I did find a 2482) are results of a bad relay or blown/missing fuse. Read here:

Lastly, the B2860 is one of those wierd ones but maybe you can find the fix here:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-fixed-it.html It is possible the unit has failed but it might be some loose wires as well. Hope this gets you on the path to no codes!
