If the magnet is not working, hopefully the tire installer can help. As was also mentioned by rkj427 try a search. Good luck.

Some use a technique of letting air out of the tire to force the transmission and others use electronic tools to force the transmission.

When ever you purchase an after market TPMS for the C5 you, or the person training the TPMS to the car, need to know what technique is required by the manufacturer of the TPMS and use that technique.

As far as getting your after market TPMS programmed to your C5 you are going to have to identify the needed technique and then find someone that can do that process while using the DIC initiated training procedure.
hi , thanks for the reply,i didnt know this so much appreciated ,i will search for a garage with a diagnostic tool i need thanks again

Who was the supplier/manufacturer of the sensors? I just installed four new GM and simply used the magnet.

My bad. I had no idea the OP was in GB. Hopefully, he got the drift and should be able to go to just about any tire store and get this done.
