Horn spontaneously sounds
Middle of the night - horn starts sounding. Not a beep beep beep but a beeeep non stop. Battery is now disconnected. Is this an alarm problem or a horn problem? I have not tried to reconnect yet. (I am just a driver, not mechanically inclined.)

Where do I find the fuse to disconnect the horn while waiting for my replacement part? I find no horn on the fuse diagram.

Make sure you disconnect the battery at least 30 minutes before removing the air bag. Also, if you turn the wheel just right, you do not have to remove any of the casings from the column....just use 1/4 extension on your bit as that is very skinny. Align the top hole to the top of the column and you can access it. Then rotate the wheel for the other hole. Easiest with the front of the car off the ground. Also, do not be tempted to test the horn before re-assembling. You do not want to hook up the battery with the air bag disconnected and cause a code to be thrown.
