Hey guys, just did an Auto Swap on my 04 Z06. Reflashed the stock PCM with the auto tune. When I go to start it, it has good fuel pressure, as soon as it fires the fuel pressure instantly goes to zero and it dies. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me several years back. Mine was a loose ground wire on the frame near the fuel tanks (G301). When you turn the key ON, the fuel pumps prime for 2 seconds, which is enough to start the car and give fuel pressure. When you release the key, the lack of a ground kills the fuel pump. Here's how you can test and use your car (temporarily). Take a short piece of wire (maybe 2" long) and expose a little bit of the wire on each end then remove the fuel pump relay (fuse box in engine compartment). Jumper from 30 to 87 as shown in the picture. That should allow your car to run and give you time to troubleshoot and find your issue. I'd almost bet you have a ground problem but it can be in a different location than mine.

I remember reading your thread. Paid close attention to the grounds. Pretty sure I don’t have anything loose.
