Default Stall off idle

Have had an intermittent problem a couple of times now which seems to resolve itself without intervention.
Engine starts perfectly, idle is smooth. As soon as I try to let the clutch out, it stalls. Restarts fine, idles, even free revs normally. But then stalls clean as if Im greenhorning the clutch. Has done this both cold and hot No codes set other than an ongoing issue with the active handling /traction system. Also stalled when I revved up the engine much higher than normal

Called my tuner, who couldn't think of anything obvious that would cause this in isolation. Each time it has resolved itself but worried it will leave me stranded at some point.Once running it drive just as it always has.

BTW I have an 01 M6, STS turbo system w LS1 edit tune, 4 years w no issues before. N2NB 2 step has been in place for 2 + years and still woks normally

Ideas? Its hard to find a problem when its working.

Im not getting any messages on the DIC. It has had a column lock bypass for 4 years.
Also, it shuts off before it starts moving so I don't think it has even hit the 2MPH threshold.
I need to double check with the tuner as I am pretty sure it used LS 1 edit..
