Default Radiator Hose Collapse

Just recently noticed that after my 2004 C5 cools down the Top radiator hose collapses almost flat. I did a complete radiator flush. Put on new hoses, top and bottom and new thermostat. Now the new Top hose is doing the same thing. I have never noticed this before, is that normal?

You need a new cap for your surge tank.

18 PSI is just fine it is what they sell now. It will increase your boiling point about 8.7 degrees.
