Default pushrod length for ls6

Ok serious question for those who without a doubt know the answer to this. I have on 03 z06 that's pretty much still stock aside from exhaust and vararam intake. I'm planning on doing a cam swap sometime here in the near future and I know the base circle on the ls6 cams where just a little bit smaller (about .6mm/.024") compared to the ls1 cams, and to offset this the valves for the ls6 were slightly longer (from what I have researched) compared to the ls1 valves, and I know both used 7.400" length pushrods. So my question is if I swap out my stock cam for a performance cam (which from any company their cams are made to fit both ls1/ls6) will the base circle on those cams be the size of an ls1 cam or ls6 cam? I assume it would be the size of a ls1 cam, so in which case that means going from an ls6 cam to aftermarket cam I'm increasing base circle size, and if that's the case with keeping the stock ls6 valves (longer than ls1 valves), stock rockers, and stock lifters, wouldn't that mean I would have to get slightly shorter pushrods, say 7.375"? or could that difference on the base circle size just be made up for by adjusting the valve lash?

ask the cam manufacturer but it's always a good idea to measure just to be sure, most often the 7.4 pushrod will be fine though... if you have stock rockers you can't do anything to adjust those, they are just bolt on and go

Cam base circle, lifter, valve, rockers, and if the heads are decked impact pushrod length. I would talk to your cam manufacturer but it is always a good idea to measure.
