Right Low Beam Troubleshooting

Yesterday, at 5:30 am on the way to my CrossFit gym, my C5's right low beam flickered, then went out.
First, full disclosure: I have ACA housings with HID low beam units, all of which I bought from JW Motorsports (tka JW Motoring) in 2010 and installed myself. For the past 7 years these HID low beams have worked flawlessly and never given me any problems whatsoever.
Until yesterday.
The left high beam and HID low beam each continues to work as normal, which makes me conclude the "issue" is isolated to the right-side lighting. And the right high beam (not an HID bulb) works normally which, to my logical thinking, further isolates the issue to the right-hand low beam's circuitry and parts.
First, correct my thinking if I'm wrong here. As Ricky used to say, "Splane it to me Lucy."
I've tried the following to identify this issue, each without success: (1) examined, then replaced fuse 8 (10 amp) which is the right side low beam fuse; (2) replaced the low beam HID bulb (an H9 size); (3) replaced the ballast; (4) replaced the section of wiring harness that connects the ballast to the "normal" headlight wiring.
Next move will be to test the voltage. (Gotta buy a voltmeter first.] Anything else you can think of? I don't want to make multiple trips to the store.
Now I have assumed that my "replacement" HID bulb and ballast were each in working order. [I bought these as "spare parts" when I bought the ACA kit from JW Motoring...in anticipation of just this type of event.] But my assumption could be wrong.
In any event I'm close to the end of my list of things to test/do. So I'd appreciate your input.

You need to establish if there is power at RH point C, and if there isn't, you need to trace it back going through Fuse 8 until point D3.
Since your LH low beam is working, I'm expecting D3 to have power because it is a common point for both low beams.
Another thing to check is whether you have good ground at the low beam connector. Both RH bulbs get ground from G102, but it could be that the low beam wire is not making a good contact to ground.
