I think what you're asking is, is one better than the other? From what I've seen here, the answer is no. Either one is going to be a big improvement over the stock intake. A lot of guys base their decision on ease of installation, which the Halltech would win hands down over any ram air system. I have the Blackwing which isn't a ram air design, but I opened up the fog light grills and cut a nice hole in the radiator shroud which gives sort of a ram air effect. Just food for thought.

Actually it should work if you just get the red coupler from Halltech this should work perfectly! CAll him up to make sure, here's his web address: http://www.corvettec5.com Ask him if you can but the red coupler for the '01+ model T1 system so you can retrofit the one piece TRIC from a '00 to it. I bet it works!

I would go with the T-1. Not just because I have one, because you get an air bridge with it. Every little thing helps....

That's strange. We have sold over 300 T-1s to folks with 2001 C5s.

Our T-1C was the very first aftermarket intake on a 2003 Z06, tested back in May.
