Most of you probably never heard of "DeWitts Reproductions". We have been making aluminum radiators for C2's for ten years and we are now working on developing a race radiator for the C5 (97-02). I purchased a new radiator for a sample and find it amazing that the single row (.8" thick) can cool down even the base motor. We are going to make a double row core with 1" tubes for this application and I have a question for you performance guys.
The plastic end tanks have moulded in tabs or clips (4) four on each face of the radiator. I've never disassembled a C5 before so I don't know what these do. Do these retain something like the fans or AC condensor? Any input is appreciated. You can post any feedback here or simply email me directly. info@dewitts.com
