At what milage does chevy recommend changing out all 4 shocks on a C5
I have 69000 on the car and the ride in the front of the car is starting to get a little hard

Ditto!!! I am right with you... and I've been wondering the very same thing! I've been blaming my run-flats for the fairly harsh ride on rough secondary roads... (highway has always been fine) ...but wondering if my shocks are gone. Being that I am not the original owner, I don't know if the shocks were ever replaced, but I suspect not. But at the same time, if the original shocks are still fairly good, the last thing I'd want to do is pay out more money for some "high performance" shocks... and end up with an even stiffer, harsher ride. What say you suspension experts out there??? :) :) :)
Yeah looks like it's time for some more shocks.. :yesnod: Upgrades are always welcome, but how much of a difference is there between stock and aftermarket shocks?
