Obviously if the option is on, it should move back when you unlock with the FOB, and move rearward... moving forward when the key is inserted.

Seat entry seems to have a mind of it's own. Mine always has to wiggle around for a few minutes and then settle on something slightly different than what it was set for. Then again sometimes not.
Once it remembered it's former owner, a short little guy, and it damn near broke me in half powering up to the steering wheel.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to shut it off. Memory Seat would be the first thing I leave off if I ever get to buy a new one.

Open the car with your chosen FOB, get in the car, put everything where you like (seats, mirrors...), then hold down the same number on the door of the FOB you use(d) to open the car until it blinks. Done.
