Auto vs Manual C5 Question
Swapping differentials. Great FUN.
I've only done my Auto, today we're doing TWO, one is Manual.
Looks like front plate of differential STUCK in the manual.
Or does that stay in there, and we pull the one out of the diff we're installing.

The top pic is how it would go if bolting to a manual trans, the 2nd pic is how it would go if bolting to auto trans, the piece that says trans side will pull out, it has an o ring around the outside
