I think the OP is saying the car has CAI and Borla, and asking if putting a different cam will make the car faster.
Even with that possible clarification, OP, we need more details. What are the cam specs? Any other work being done? If the car is an A4 are you adding changing to a torque converter that takes advantage of the cam? How are you tuning the car for the new cam? Etc.
It's quite possible you could add a cam and pick up some speed, but it's also possible you could put a cam in and not support it with additional work and the car would fall on its face.
I think everyone here is pleased to try and answer your question, but more details are needed.

With the right choice in a cam and associated other changes, you'll gain HP/torque and yes, it should be faster. But for better advice, you really need to provide a lot more information than what your original post does.
