No tail lights need help
The brake light function for the outside lights pass through the hazard switch and through the MFS. Brakes and turns not working point to these components and anything related to them.

Do the front parking lights work?
So when you brake, only the 3rd brake light work?

So to try and clarify, because you are giving us mixed messages, you have no front or rear turn signals, but DRLs are working. The instrument cluster turn signals are working. You also have no parking lights at all. Do the instrument panels, radio, etc. light up when parking lights are switched on?
Am I correct with this summary? If so, there is something seriously messed up with your electrical system, as there is no one thing that can cause all of those symptoms.

The exterior light circuit also shows how the turn signal and hazard switch are wired. If the front turn signal is working and brake lights are working, then it rules out a disconnect in the harness, unless someone modified the rear wiring such that the brake lights are all powered by 3rd brake light, as in the Euro mod. Other than a Euro-modded taillight harness, the only thing that can cause what you're seeing is a defective MFS.

Just to clarify: when the DRLs are ON, tail lights should be OFF.
The front OEM bulbs used for DRLs have two filaments:
- One for the DRL/Turn Signal
- One for the Parking Light
Similarly, the OEM bulbs used in the 4 tail lights have two filaments as well:
- One for the Brake/Turn Signal/Hazard
- One for the Parking Light

So to summarize, according to your previous posts:
- Turn Signals are fine
- Brake Lights are fine
- Hazard Lights are fine (please confirm)
- No Parking Lights all around
You are going to need a multimeter to be able to troubleshoot this problem. Please, don't proceed with the idea you mentioned in your video of "rigging" the system to "force" the lights. It will just compound the problem.
It seems you have an open circuit affecting your Parking Lights. Since it is affecting both, front and rear, and they are split in the underhood fuse box, the problem should not be downstream the underhood fuse box.
As mentioned by Tsumi, the 1st step would be to establish, with the help of a multimeter, if the MFS is providing the single Parking Light output as it supposed to do and take it from there.

This is shown in the schematic posted by Tusmi.
