Default How I corrected rattle on left door window

I have noticed that my left door window rattled when the window was fully open and I closed my door .
Here is how I fixed it :

First I loosen the bezel around the door open carefully with a screwdriver .There is two placed to enter on the bezel and the bend the screwdirver carefully to pop off the bezel.

Then I pop off this little cover And unscrewed two T30 Torx screws

Then I used a screwdriver carefully to pop off the indoor panel , loosen all of the plastic pin locks , Lifted the indoor cover up and disconnected the plug to the door/window buttons

The mounting plastic on the indoorcover broke off , but I glued it back on with my favorite glue Loctite 3090

I the removed the plug to the doorspeaker and removed the speaker from the door

On the lower mounting point I noticed a big slack when I tried to move the window in an out .
I also noticed the rubber cylinder on top the pin sticking up.

I then removed the rubber cylinder to take a closer look and then pressed it back on all the way down as the photo shown .
And all the slack was gone when I tried to move the window sideways.

I the mounted the speaker and connected the speaker plug.

Held the indoor panel in a vertical position and connected the plug for the window/mirror buttons .

It is important to position these pins before pressing the indoorpanel onto the door frame to avoid cracking more of this old plastic .

When the doorpanel was proper entered on the door frame , I put the two T30 torx below the armrest back in place including the little cover

Finally I pressed the bezel around the dooropener back in place .

I hope this could help other with the same problem

I used a small screwdriver to press the rubber cylinder in small steps in several rounds until the rubber was seated all the way down as shown on the photo
