Check engine light
On my '04 conv I have the check engine light on. Only ONE CODE shows up. It tells me the Lower left, front temp sensor is the problem. Does anyone know where this sensor is and how difficult is it to change ? Car runs fine so I am not worried about driving it but I have to have it fixed before my next annual inspection (March). Bank 2, sensor 1 would be the passenger side, front of the car. The sensor is screwed in to the exhaust similar to the way a spark plug goes in an engine head. It is doable with hand tools and a way to raise your car up high enough off the ground to get under there and access it. If you do take it to a shop it should be no more than 1 hour of labor at most.
