Moved to C5 Tech. And you might want to expand on your original post to give more info - have you tried to pull the codes off the DIC, what procedures have you followed to determine what is wrong, etc.

Please provide more information to allow other forum members to help diagnose your problem. The TDR is energized by the BCM providing a ground to the relay coil, if the vats, clutch safety switch if M6, or Park/neutral switch are OK. Your problem could be ignition switch contacts, loose electrical and ground connections, check connections on the starter. Can you here the TDR clicking when you turn the key to start the car? My sure fire test is to clip a meter to the switch/purple wire on the starter solenoid and check for 12volts when you try to start the car.
