Default Fuse 22 help!

I was checking the fuse for my console power outlet today and noticed the fuse missing in slot 22. According to the owners manual this is for body control module - ignition 3. Should there be a fuse in this? Car runs and everything works, (except my center console outlet) maybe there isn't a fuse required for this? Anyone else know about this?

I'm wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram that would show this circuit. I could trace it down and see what it is.

Okay, I found a wiring diagram for a 2002 and it shows this fuse not used. Not sure if they are the same as a 2001. Haven't been able to find a 2001 wiring diagram,,,yet!

Although for a 2002, it shows this exact same diagram, so.. I went out and looked at my car (2001). The label on the bottom of the fuse covers shows 22 as blank and there is no fuse in my car, either.

Is Fuse #1 blown?

Fuse no. 1 is good, I have power to the socket but the socket it self is dead. I'm going to take it apart, or at least out to see whats wrong with it.
