driver seat haunted?
My 99 has sports seats with adjustable lumbar. Tonight I shut the car off and the lumbar inflater continued to run. I could shut it off by flipping the switch and holding it, but if I released it, the lumbar pump started to run again. After about ten minutes it shut off? Where do I start? I will say the driver seat lumbar system hasn't worked in awhile.

Does the LUMBAR pump up properly and hold pressure when the pump inflates it. If not, you have a leak and the pump is trying to do its job.
Check for leaks on the pump, hoses and bladder. Bladders rot and leak.
YES you have to remove the seat back cover.
