Mine started running on their own a while back and haven't stopped since. It was on the last ride home before being put up for the winter and I'm just now messing with it. They still run if the key is on. I pulled the motor and took it apart. Bone dry. Resealed it and reinstalled, still running. I'm going to order a wiper switch and try that. Also, my udders were nowhere near clogged, almost no debris under cowl vent in fact.
