Default Cleaning Engine Bay

I know that C4 owners run the risk of water infiltration on the Optispark if they're not careful.

Are there any gotcha's that I should be aware of before I hose down the engine bay of my C5?

Thanks.

Others might feel differently, but I had no hesitation in hosing mine down when I bought it. When I bought it from FL, it had quite a bit of sand stuck in various areas. The simplest way to get rid of it was to hose it down. I didn't high-pressure spray it with my pressure washer, just a spray from the hose.

No Opticrap to worry about, so I say go for it. I wouldn't make it a habit though.
