Seat bolt question
My back two bolts on drivers side are frozen really good. I have been putting WD-40 on them but they still dont move.
My question if these break and the stud be replaced?

I think they can be removed. You have to grind the spot weld off on the bottom plate under the car. Then the stud can be driven out from above.
On my C4 I had a broken stud and I just drilled it out and installed a bolt from the bottom.
Here is a thread from the forum that will show what some have done:

if you have a mini torch maybe you could carefully try to apply some heat to the studs to help loosen the nuts... obviously do your best to stay away from the carpet

Simple answer.....jack up the car on pucks and put it on jack stands.
Take a look....they can be replaced. I just put in new seatbelts and had to drive/drill in new anchors right next to the seat bolts. Not difficult at all.
Get as much room as you can, move the seat all the way up....put a wrench on it with a cheater/breaker to get leverage on the wrench.
