Default Check out our Performance C5 Trans/Diff Mount!

LUX Trans/Differential mount (LUX TDM)
Designed for the C5 Corvette, SacCityCorvette’s SuperDuty LUX TDM will stabilize the C5 Corvette Trans/Diff and help eliminate drive train shutter that feels like wheel hop. The LUX TDM has a large amount of Polyurethane to minimize noise and vibration making it comfortable for street driving yet stout and firm enough to keep the Trans/Diff stabilized during hard launches, power shifting, racing or just spirited driving. The stock rubber mount is very soft and allows a substantial amount of movement especially with any type of power adders and Drag Radials/Slicks. Keep that Trans /Diff where it belongs with the LUX TDM!
Powder Coated for protection.
Grade 8 & 10.9 Hardware for strength.
Installed with your factory 2 nuts & 2 bolts.
Made In The USA!

Interesting, especially since I am not sure the stock GM unit is available anymore.

Sorry, at this time they are only in Polar White. They look really nice.
Maybe the next batch we make we could do black.

Thanks

Looks like a nice unit at an affordable price compared to the competitors.

No "wings" on the sides to prevent side to side rocking motion? Is the poly stiff enough to prevent that on its own?

How does this compare to the Hinson regarding transmitting vibration and overall strength? I know Pfaff has their version which is a whole different animal, so it would be good to get some idea on how this should perform vs the Hinson which is the closest in design.

Hi nsogiba,
Yes the poly in stiff enough. Also the shaft has big grooves in it that the poly has molded around that keeps the shaft centered and from sliding side to side.

Thanks

Installed mine over the weekend and it eliminated the wheel hop/shudder I was experiencing during hard launches. I will warn others though that to watch for the upper brake lines that route above the transaxle. I tweaked mine enough that they would vibrate against the body tub and create a very loud and disturbing noise on launches. I thought I fixed one problem but created another! Once I tweaked the lines back, all is good.
