STOP! Replacing parts. Pull the codes again. I could not find B2327. When you say it doesn't start does the engine not even turn over? What is the security light doing while you are trying to start?

Thanks for responding, I'm getting b2723 code and accessories works and then on works but then nothing at start. I have reset the codes and B2723 comes back as fast as I reset it and the surity light stays on solid from the time I turn the key on.

Thanks, by bypassing are you talking about cutting the two white wires and connecting them together to make a circuit. I really do appreciate your time and help.

You can't just cut the wires and splice them. You need to measure the resistor pellet on you key and put a resistor of the same value between the wires. This will bypass the contacts but still send the correct resistance value to the BCM so the VATS system will be satisfied.
Do a search for VATS bypass on YouTube and you will find videos on how to do it.
