C5 starting problem
My 99 is having what I think is an ign switch problem, Its getting worse but cant make it repeat. when you turn the key there is nothing. It may crank 50 times in a row then nothing. wiggle the shifter (maybe neutral safety switch) some times it will crank, others not. Swap keys same thing...Should I start with a new ign switch????

what is your security light indicator doing when it does not want to start?
It should come on and then turn off, you may have a worn key resistance pellet or the key resistance contacts inside the ignition switch are worn, try a second key if you have one.

My bad, I noticed that you had tried a second key, most likely problem is the contacts that press against the key pellet, as you mentioned that if you wiggle the keys it will start, part of the security system and if the security system is not satisfied it will not energize the TDR.
