Default Electrical Question

I just got 2000 C5 FRC back from roll cage build. Getting ready for track next week. I am sure I can figure this out over the weekend but perhaps someone can provide wiring/electrical knowledge to save me time. Headlights work, parking lights work, all four rear lower wattage bulbs light when turning parking lights on. What isn't working are four way hazards, turn signals and brake lights. I took a quick look up at to see if builder forgot to attach harness to hazard switch in dash when he put dash back. It looks okay on quick glance. Quick glance of typical fuses no luck. What would be in common for hazards, turn signals and brake lights? Maybe we forgot a ground wire during engine swap? Forgot a ground wire in body compartment during roll cage build? Maybe something else obvious before I go to greater length and trace back everything. Thanks for any informative thoughts.
