Default Turn Signal Issue
Searched but haven't found my issue.

All exterior turn signals work fine.

Dash turn indicators do not light up when turns or hazards are engaged.

Remove and replace your hazard switch...one of the few issues I've had with my '01...if you turn your hazards on and off a few times everything might work for a little while...a little hard to change but not to bad...don't worry about getting the old one out !!

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually changed it about 2 years ago. I was having the usual symptoms. This issue doesn't appear to fit the usual symptoms though.

If you can afford it buy yourself a Power Probe 4 for wiring issues...this thing is AWESOME...will even check your fuel injectors !!

Just quickly based on what you are describing, the bulbs in the IPC may be burned out. Do you have a HUD, if so do the signals light in it?

Yes, indicators on the HUD work fine. It's just the two green lights in the dash that don't work. Both worked fine when I parked the car last July. 2 weeks ago...no worky. Very strange to me. Hard for me to believe it's the bulbs in the dash.

First thing I would do based on the symptoms is change those bulbs. They are in a twist base with the bulb being a standard 194 clear bulb.

I didn't realize they were 194's. Yea, I guess I'll try that first. Could just be the contacts are nasty.
