What the hell did demon do to your car...Those numbers are off the charts! :D

Thanks ledfoot,
Scott has just a stage II heads and cam package with the regular bolt on's. He still has cats, stock rear, and stock tires. Take care of a few of these things and the times/ MPH will go even better! :smash:
I am predicting that we will see 124 MPH AT LEAST before the end of the year.

That would rock!
I know that I can get 122 out of it as is with a little bit colder weather.
Once the timing and fuel is tweaked, and the cats are gutted, and possibly going to a 3:90 rear I think that 124 will be a real possibility. :D
Man, you are so close to breaking into the 11's. I want you to hit the 11's on those street tires. I know you can do it! Don't know where you live, but maybe some cooler weather will help you out! The weather here in Toronto, Ontario Canada is perfect for the track right now. Going this weekend, and will hopefully see a new best of my own. Don't think I can hit a 12.0 on street tire though.
Scott, what have you changed since you and I went to RCR together. You were trapping 118 that night right? Was it just weather? Wondering if my 115.5mph trap would be better if I tried in the good weather.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I'm really sure that I'll hit 11's on the Goodyears. In fact I'm on a mission to do so. :yesnod:
I'm betting you can get darn close if not lower than a 12.0 with a big stall.
That first '60 is the devil!

The weather has gotten cooler and that definately helps.
I'm betting that you could hit 117mph in this weather. :yesnod:
I've also spent the last couple of weeks at the track working on my shifting.
I'm trying to shift as fast as I can in order to keep the revs as high as possible. Its definately paid off.
My 60' are still in the same ballpark, I'll need some gears to get the 60' to the 1.7 mark.

Re: Best new 1/4 MPH! (Scott97)
Great driving Scott! Quite impressive on street tires. I can see by your 1/8 MPH that you must've let off a lot because of wheel spin, that'll probably shoot up to 95/96mph when you can get some traction. Also, your trap speed is very impressive, and should be 122mph easy with some good rubber.
Thanks Billy!
I have to baby the 1-2 shift otherwise wheelspin becomes a big issue.
I'm going to pick up a set of BFG drag radials later this month and try again.
It would be awesome to hit 122 mph all motor. :D
When you're through with the tires, I know a guy here in Houston who would like to borrow them for about 3/4 of a mile. :blueangel:
