Best new 1/4 MPH!
I went to RCR last night and managed to hit my best mph ever.
Here is the breakdown:
60' 1.9517 :rolleyes: (street tires)
330' 5.2569
1/8 et 7.91.81
1/8 mph 91.79
1000 et 10.1861
1/4 et 12.0077
1/4 mph 120.54mph
I ran half a dozen similiar #'s.
Just couldn't get hooked up from the line too well.
Oh well there is always next week. :D
My buddy Jim (jw02) ran 12.5 @ 116.xxx in his 02 Z06 as well.

Awesome times and mph Scott, especially since being on street tires. What tires are you running and what size?
IS your beast a 97? Is it an A4? If its an A4 that is really a great MPH!

Great driving Scott! :cheers: Quite impressive on street tires. I can see by your 1/8 MPH that you must've let off a lot because of wheel spin, that'll probably shoot up to 95/96mph when you can get some traction. Also, your trap speed is very impressive, and should be 122mph easy with some good rubber.

It a 99 FRC, 6 speed, 3:42 rear running the Goodyear F1 SC tires on stock Z06 tires sizes.

Good run! Come on back and we can better your programming. You are still at only 21 degrees of timing at WOT and running rich also.
Some time soon, we need to go to the track together and do some track side tuning. :yesnod:
I will be in Austin this weekend for a wedding. I don't know how busy I am going to be with that, but maybe we could go grab a bite or head to the track.

I have to baby the 1-2 shift otherwise wheelspin becomes a big issue.
I'm going to pick up a set of BFG drag radials later this month and try again.
It would be awesome to hit 122 mph all motor. :D

The fuel definately needs to be leaned out and I think a bump to 23-24 degrees on the timing would make a noticable increase in mph and and a lower et.
I'd like to get together this Sunday if possible.
I'll be out of town Friday and Saturday.
