on the 04 c5 do you have to have all 4 wheels pluged in to the simulators in order for the system to function

The front two 02's run the PCM fueling and the rear 02's are for start up and cat status, by not having the rear 02's you will throw a check engine light and dtc code. A bidirectional scanner/tuner or Tech2 will be able to turn off the code.

If that is the case then Simulators DO NOT work reliably to get past the DIC messages and 80MPH limit to speed.

Sims do work to bypass the F45 RPO on the 97 - 2002 C5's but the only method that works reliably to bypass F55 RPO is to program the RPO out of the BCM.
I have dealt with the max speed 80 for over a year now and none of the Florida mechanics I have been to seem to know how to program this out. Any advise?? Been to two dealers and three auto shops. Mine is a 2003

I heard there was a way to solder 10 ohm resistors to the sensors to trick them, is this true??
