No, they do not interchange. In 2000 the length of the manifolds were shortened, and the mid-pipe was lengthened to accommodate the "pup" cats required in some states.
If you get 2000 or later manifolds, then the later midpipe will work.
Catch 22 - If you use 2001 or later manifolds you will also require a relocating of the right AIR pipe and dipstick. b
