Just solved the same problem with my 2000. It turned out that there was a considerable amount of sand/dirt between the bushings and the sway bar. Removed the sway bar and bushings, cleaned both surfaces, and reinstalled the bushings with a very light coating of Amsoil Series 2000 racing grease (Lithium) and I now have silence! :cheers:

I had the same problem, and it ended up being loose bolts in the cradle that connects the suspension to the frame. There are two bolts on each side (four total) and are very easy to access. All four were loose. The car had never had these removed. The torque is 82 foot lbs.
