2002 Corvette Blinker Inconsistancy
Two issues. Not sure if they are related. Blinkers will go out while driving. I will go to turn on the signal, and nothing. If I push the hazard button it will reset and most times allow them to work.
Any Thoughts?
Second question, with no rhyme or reason rarely the car will not start then I turn the key. I move into and out of gear and move the steering wheel, press the brake, whatever, and after a few minute delay, it will turn over and start.

In the future post this in the tech section to save Jack the effort of moving it.
Change the hazard switch. Do a search and it will result in easily 100+ threads on the topic.
The second issue would be either ignition switch (connected to the back of the lock cylinder) or the BCM.

I once had a problem with starting, even tried licking the key. Turned out to be the solenoid/starter
