HVAC Vacuum Problem INSIDE
I have the dreaded cold air from all vents issue. But my vacuum issue is inside the car. I checked for vacuum where the purple line connects to the supply. With the car running I get 16 inches of vacuum.
I then tested vacuum on the purple line with the car running and with the car not running. With the car running, I was not able to pull any vacuum. Squeeze the handle and nothing. With the car turned off I was pull 15ish inches of vacuum that would bleed off about an inch peer second.
Has anyone run into this issue? Could use a little help.

do you think its in the control valve on the side of the heater box above the blower fan? you also have a HVAC vacuum canister located behind the RF fender
