1999 EBCM Issue
Hi all. I have an option to buy a 1999. One owner car, low miles, however the seller told me that the electronic brake control sensor doesn't work. After doing some research, I have determined that it must be the EBCM because the seller did tell me the part needed to fix and clear the codes is discontinued.
Codes seller gave me are:
C1232
C1233
C1255
C1284
Any insight on this how to fix or if its something that will affect car and performance/driving/etc? Any information is appreciated.

The C1255 is usually the death code of the EBCM and is Not repairable. I would look for a 2001 or newer car. More parts are still available for these years
