I pulled the belt off and started the car. The chirping was still there so I knew I had a balancer or AC belt issue. Ended up being the tensioner on the AC. All fixed up.

Based on the age of all of the pulleys, I’d just replace everything. My car is an ‘02 and my pulleys were clicking and chirping. There is an idler and tensioner for both belts. You should be able to get everything freshened up for $40-$50.
