Belts, pulleys, HB...
Can you post a video? Check for HB wobble while idling. Good place to start.
P.S. how old and what brand are the belts, and how many miles on the car?

Drifting
Spray a little water on the main belt while the car is running. If it stops then it's related to that belt.
Does it only chirp on startup or after it warms up too?

If so, the old ones with the passive entry feature default to ON even if the switch is in the OFF position after removing the battery.
Switch it ON and then back OFF and see if that stops it.
