Default RFA update

I researched updating my 1998 RFA to 2001 and later. I found a used RFA box for $98.00 from a 2002. Tire sensors are $42.00 each from Tire Rack, and key fobs on auction site are under $15.00 for two.
This totals out to around $ 300.00. Aside from some necessary connectors, what else would I need?
