Default Replacing AC compressor. Couple questions.

I'm replacing my compressor, condenser and receiver/drier. I'm also flushing the system, so there will not be any oil in the evaporator.

My questions really revolve around the refrigerant oil. The compressor came filled with 200ml of PAG 46. The spec for this car, and what came in the bottles for the kit I bought, is PAG 150.

Should I dump the PAG 46 and refill the compressor with PAG 150? If so, does it need to be flushed?

In the manual it says that if replacing the condenser, the new condenser should be refilled with the proper amount of oil. I'm fairly certain it said the same thing about the receiver/drier. The manual indicates how much oil each component requires. The total for the system is 266ml.

Can I just put 266ml of PAG 150 in the compressor since I'm replacing several components? Or, do I need to actually put the correct amount in each component?

And, if I do need to put the correct amount in each individual component, how do I get the oil back into the evaporator?

As I'm writing this it occurs to me that the oil can probably be put anywhere and it will equalize throughout the system fairly quickly.

If flushing and having new components, then stick with 46. I believe I read that they started going from 150 to 46 without issues.

Use what the gm manual says to use.
you can also google, ac oil weights for a chart.
But pour all but about an ounce into the pump.
Then put the ounce in the accumulator.
Wet all orings with oil as assembleing.
Pull that orifice tube, and replace. Flush and blow out with parts removed, before new pump and accumulator, install. Pull vaccuum, check for leaks, charge by weight.

The oil will make it's way to the condenser and evaporator. I believe you should charge to the low side to, as to not blow the oil out of the pump.
