A/C issue 03 Z06

Hi I know there are a lot of people with vacuum issues regarding the ac in the c5 however mine seems a little different, so if I turn the ac on with the windows up it blows cold but the air trickles out almost no flow at all, now if I crack the windows about an inch the air flow improves but not enough to cool it down... im baffled by this and would appreciate any suggestions. also no codes are present

That sounds a lot like the vacuum issue. Does fresh versus recirculate make a big difference? If you select defrost vs dash mode do you here the vacuum actuators switch?

The crack in your window creates a vacuum and/or sucking effect pulling air from your vents.

It is an illusion that your fans is moving more air.
